Do you have
Parking?
Enjoy free 2-hour validated parking located conveniently between the Q and Motif buildings. You can easily access the garage through the Q retail parking entrance at the roundabout. Plus, there’s ample street parking available nearby for your convenience.

We are the only club in the area to have a 400 member cap so we can always offer our members a clean and private environment to workout. We are the only club in the area to include a wide range of wellness services fully included with your membership. These include Infrared saunas, cold plunges, localized cryo, PEMF therapy, Lightstim therapy, Red Light therapy bed, normtec compression, Ceragem massage bed, Somadome meditation pod and more!
